Returns Policy

We want to ensure that every customer receives a brand new item, especially during this recent health pandemic. For these reasons we DO NOT allow REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. The health of our customers and staff are very important over anything, and we want to do our part to help you all remain safe and healthy. If sizing isn’t correct, package isn’t open we will offer exchange within three days after pick up. If you need help with sizing please email:hausofjolie@gmail.com Pick up orders can’t not be switched to a different item after the order is placed. Only can be switched for a different size. Domestic Shipping

We now offer domestic shipping. You now have the option of shipping standard 5-7 days, or overnight 1-2 days. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow more time for holiday deliveries as the postal schedule does change during these times. ​You are responsible for all shipping fees.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping internationally.
