Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at House of Jolie, We hope you like each item you receive; but if not we are more than happy to help you with your a even exchange, within three days of receiving your order. There are NO REFUNDS! 

Once an order has been placed it can not be switched or changed or cancled for other items. 

If sizing isn’t correct, package isn’t open we will offer even exchange within three days. If you need help with sizing please email: hausofjolie@gmail.com 

Pick up orders can not be switched for different items after the order is placed. Only can be switched for a different size. 

Coupons & pricing 

All sales are final with any discount code or sale items. No refunds or exchanges. Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders which We have already accepted.

If your order has already been processed you will be unable to amend your order. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, We will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. 

That’s why before checking out, it’s important you acknowledge that you understand this. 

We have the right to refuse or cancel any order under our description.

Exchange policy 

We accept exchanges postmarked within 3 days from the delivery date stated on tracking information.
Only regular priced items are eligible for an exchange.
Shoes are final sale and accessories.
Due to high demand of our products, we cannot guarantee that item you wish to purchase after your return will remain in stock by the time we receive your return

We DO NOT hold items. 

Once we receive item we will inspect (Please ensure the highest level of care when handling your items while trying on)

We will apply your amount minus shipping charges as an electronic code (Store Credit) Customer is responsible for paying ALL shipping and re-shipping charges. 

We reserve all the right to rejecting a returned item if we feel it does not meet required conditions.

All Sales Are Final when Exchange is made.
